Acceptable Use Policy
DRAFT FOR COUNSEL REVIEW · v0.9 · incorporated into the Terms of Service
Using the Syntra platform, you and your users will not:
- Break the law — use the Platform for unlawful purposes, or upload content you have no right to process.
- Upload what does not belong here — malware; special-category personal data; personal data beyond what evidence genuinely requires (redact first — guidance in-product).
- Attack the service — probe, scan, overload, or interfere with the Platform or its security controls; access or attempt to access data or functions beyond your granted role (Contributor boundaries included).
- Take the methodology — copy, scrape, systematically record, extract or reverse engineer the question banks, rubrics, weights or other proprietary parameters; automate traversal of assessment content; use outputs to build or train a competing product or dataset.
- Misuse outputs — remove methodology-version or watermark notices; present pilot-mode or sandbox outputs as compliance documentation; present Platform findings as professional advice you did not obtain.
- Resell without agreement — provide access to third parties outside your tenant or partner agreement.
Violations may lead to suspension (with notice where practicable), termination for material breach, and — for clause 4 — the remedies reserved for trade-secret misappropriation.
